Gold Coast Power Systems, LLC accepts a deposit to hold the equipment, balance must be paid after inspection and prior shipment. All equipment and materials remain the property of Gold Coast Power Systems, LLC until all funds are collected. Gold Coast Power Systems, LLC offers no other warranties or merchantability other than those stated here. Buyer will be Liable for any Sales Taxes due unless a valid Fla State Sales exempt Tax has been provided.) All warranty claims must be placed through GCPS. Any items authorized by GCPS for refund return will be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking charge. In case action shall be brought herein or same has to be collected with an attorney, prevailing party shall also be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and cost for bringing such action.
